How can I tell physically if my car has Logic 7 installed? Are there additional speaker pods the std. system does not have?

You should be able to see it in the iDrive menu for tone for the audio.

speaker grilles in the rear doors are the telltale physical sign. the base system in the US has no rear door speakers, only rear deck.

Thanks all. I didn't know how to find the system, so I looked for the front speaker, door speaker but the tunes were still weak. Once I found the equilizer
and adjusted some of the settings, it began to come to life. Still needs tweaking, but that's better than thinking of replacement speakers. Plus I saw the L7 on the screen.
