Default K-CAN AHM error

Hi,

Original Westfalia hook.

I tried to connect the AHM 4R E-Series module number 7160 6850497-01 following the diagram like in the picture. I am showing this module number after VIN, so I bought one.

The bundle is perfectly made as it should be according to the original. Everything is elegantly fastened.

CAN L and CAN H as well as the rear stop were taken from the harness which is located on the right side of the rear seat.
Yellow is CAN L and black is CAN H.

After connecting the module, the following errors occur. K-CAN cable error.

I thought I had mistaken the CAN, but even after the swap, the same is also true.
After unplugging the module, the errors disappear.
Anyone had a similar problem ??

Did you twist your CANBUS wires?

All CANBUS wire must be twisted pair cable, even short lengths (longer than 1 inch / 2 cm). The twisted pair wire is an essential part of how the differential mode filtering works on CANBUS, and without it, the signal can be easily distorted.

The CAN Li CAN H wires are soldered and insulated with the wires in the car. According to the hook connection instructions, CAN L and CAN H signals should be taken from the place marked X15013 / X15014.

I took the signal from this place

Somewhere I read that it may be a damaged driver?

As for you have your circles together like this Sunday. Is it so important? I let go of the 3 cables in the conduit. CAN L and CAN H and brake light. No twist.

I did what you said and twisted the two wires together from start to finish. Unfortunately, it didn't help.

I solved the problem. It turned out that I used the wrong schematic and the CAN L and CAN H pins did not match with the AHM module. I used this diagram, the AHM module is detected and works correctly after connecting the trailer.
