Reread the Dinan warranty. If other parts break as a result a Dinan part failure, you are screwed. A stage 2 is much more than software, as well.

This is really confusing because I went thru Dinan's "performance products" section. Picked the 5-series and then chose 535xi and no Stage 2 pkge came up.
It must be a website issue with them.
Of course, I apologize for the "suspect" statement to Andy.
I was taught early on to stay clear of a tease and darn it if didn't tempt me again.

#1-There is a stage 2 for xi, and don't worry about the warranty.. I hammer mine and no problems (I had the fuel pump replaced prior to DINAN install but that has been a common prob w/ the turbo 6's)
