Does anyone know if E61 has any compatible accessories similar to Volvo's interior bike holder that allows us to transport our bikes "inside" the car?

Thank you for your help in advance!

I know exactly the setup you mean but I've never seen one for our car, I dont think the 61 has enough hight to do that. I just drop the seats and put the bike in flat.

Nice feature! But as gene1 says, I don't think a bike that big fits in the car. Haven't tried yet though... But, there's no such thing in the OEM accessory catalogue.

I got fed up with bikes in the back of the car....too much mess. I bought the 38 euro 2 bike mount (lockable) from Thule that attaches to the rear tow hook. Less trhan 2 minutes to install with bike, and all the cr*p stays outside. IS PERFECT. But you need a tow hook which in switzerland is 1750 CHF. But I have a KTM too so I needed it anyway . I'm spoilt I think

I have the interior bike rack for my X3.

Does the E61 have parallel slots in the floor? The X3 bike rack should then work. The rack has 2 bars the go between the slots and 2 long bike holders that attach to the bars that support the front forks and prop up the rear wheels. Even with the interior height of the X3, I have to remove the bike seat for it to fit.

Unfortunately I don't have a good pic of the holder but this pic shows the slots in the floor and the height of the X3.

BTW, I use http://www.circlebmw.com/parts/acc.htm to look up BMW accessories.
The X3 bike rack is shown as below. It shows X3 only. BTW, opt #493 was the deluxe cargo area with the slots.
