One of the features of the tested M5 Touring in latest edition of the German auto, motor und sport is the new Audiosystem, often abb. DIRAC. And the read is a true pleasure. The tester says the sound is "magic", it has sharpness at the same time as it has volume and the Bass is strong but still distinct.

The system is developed by M, which is a surprise to me - I thought they were more for being at the racetrack when developing cars! As said before, the software is developed by a Swedish company, and the speakers are German from LPG in Ulm (a Bavarian city not far way from Munich with a very impressive cathedral). The system recieves "Sehr empfehlenswert", which translates to highly recommendable, and the price of 2100 Euro is not even once mentioned , which normally is the case as many Germans like buying quality but not really the spending process as such...
