Just picked up my first BMW - 525SE Touring 2004 model and am delighted with it. Had a minor problem the weekend where the R/H indiactor failed, symptom was that on indicating right the dash would rapidly flash and then about an hour later the OBC picked up that the bulb had failed. However later that day it fixed itself and all back to normal! It had rained heavily that day and I noticed some condensation in the front light cover. Any feedback gratefully recieved.
I am due to take it in to BMW stratstone in Tring on Friday as the service indicator needs a reset (not done after last work...) so will also mention to them in case they can do a quick check for me

Sounds like a short cicuit caused by the water.
Worth getting the stealers to check it out.

Quick update - all problems resolved by dealer. Did have to add that the auto headlights also stayed on all day but this again was resolved by adjusting the sensitivity settings.
