Default Help and advice wanted/needed

Hi everyone

I've just got a 2008 525i Touring. It's the fasteest doggie transport I've had

Just got a couple of questions -

How do I turn on Bluetooth so I can connect my Samsung s10 to the car ?

What is the make/Type of multi CD Changer that lives in the glovebox because I want to get one

Tony

What say you read the owner's manual (downloadable from bmw if you don't have a paper copy) for that info, then once you know you can verify whether or not it all functions correctly?

How could you have read it and still not know the answers to your questions?
I have my PDF manual in front of me and a simple Ctrl+F keystroke and quick search of "bluetooth" or "phone" or "CD" yields a billion good results with screenshots. I suggest you try harder.

to the forum, Tony! Bluetooth is activated in the iDrive. Communications Settings --> Settings --> Bluetooth. As for the CD changer, it. "E60 CD Changer" turns up lots for sale on eBay.

Hi Jay Thats the root of my Problems

I go to settings and the last thing displayed is Time& Date It doesn't offer ma a bluetooth option

Then on reading the manual for the 2007 model iot says Bluetooth can be disabled for certain countris so I want to know how to turn it back on !

Unless, of Course, it was an option and it's not fitted

Generally, options disabled can be re-enabled by coding. Coding can be performed by a dealer or someone with the right tools and know-how.

Probably. Reach out to them. Do a forum-wide search for "coding".
