Thanks everyone.

Went to BMW Parts this morning and ordered a new 1st aid kit (just over ?20 quid), an owners manual (also just over ?20 quid), a load net mount plastic cover flap for roof (?3.50 odd - oh my god! - has to come from Germany too!!), M Sport front grill plastic mesh RHS as it fell off at some point (approx ?15).

Asked dealer to see if they could let me know what s/w my car was running and they said they have to hook car up to proper computer - I hoped they could read it off the key - doh! Never mind - another day then!

Bought a new glovebox torch from eBay (approx ?5) - just need a decent set of mats now but BMW wanted ?110 - so I will use the same website from a few years back when I needed a set for my Z3. I think they are quoting ?59.95 + delivery - much better!

Still can't get my Nokia E65 contacts working (tried so many things) so I have a new (to me) Nokia 6230i to use now (have the proper snap in thingy already in my car) - just a shame the phone needs unlocking now! Might sell the e65 on as I have had enough of it!!

Got the latest (I think) DVD for nav (08-2) but it skips in my drive (it does read it) but seems to really struggle/lock when I try and put in a new destination - any ideas? My previous DVD (06-1) was OK so have gone back to that.

Thanks,
Slime.
