If you you know how to apply a new headliner you can buy the cloth material and adhesive. If not then it's time for a trip to the auto upholstery shop. The old material can not be reused.

I
I went ahead and added the adhesive. It's holding for now, it's got a couple wrinkles but it's Gucci, no more sagging. as long as i can cruise with the windows rolled down now I'm happy!! When I order the new fabric I'll have to take the whole piece out to address it with new fabrication. I just sprayed underneath where it was drooping and rolled a paint roller from the middle out words and used the card to seal the edge. Thanks for the advice. Got it taken care of.

With my e36, adhesive only went so far. As the foam deteriorates, adhesive will no longer work. I eventually ended up taking it to an auto upholsterer. It didn't cost much because I removed and reinstalled the headliner myself.
