Hamann HM2 wheels?
#1
Hello all,
I was able to find a set of 18x8.5 Hamann HM2 wheels locally. The offset is 38. I know that the wheels I currently have (style 138) have an offset of 43. I know that this is measured in millimeters.
With running the recommended tire size of 245/40/18 there should not be any rubbing correct?
They are going on a stock setup 2006 530xiT
Please let me know if anyone else is running a similar setup.
TIA
Rich

Just bought the exact same wheels, but with different tires. The ones that came with my wheels are 235/35/19 vs. tirerack.com's recommended 245/35/19. The diameter is less than half an inch difference, so no issues. PLENTY of clearance all the way around so go for it if you haven't already.
