hi.
so problem seems to me is very big fuel consumtion.... 100% urban driven with allowed 50km/h some roads are 70, but in idrive average consumtion is 13 - 14 L/km
i know that possible one injector is at border reading by diagnostic tool.....
can U guys share with Your fuel consumtion? maybe U have any idea
thanks for help.

2. Check your real consumption out of town
I currently have a consumption of 13.6L for the last full tank, driven only in the city, but bear in mind that my traffic is horrendous. I spend probably 70-80% of the time waiting on traffic lights and in jams, and only the rest actually driving, and its mostly stop-and-go type of driving anyways.
Out of town my car consumes 7-8L in the winter and 8-9L in the summer. E61 530d.

Looks like as other members suggest, worth to check the injectors for sure.
i only changed the fuel filter, and used a German brand suggested
LIQUI MOLY
by my mechanic to clean the injection system, adding into to fuel tank with correct proportions.
do this checkes, and let us know how things develop.
but if you are driving all the time BMW way, arround a 200km/h your consumption is OK!

I was also experiencing around 13-13.5L/100km in my 2005 530d Auto (with a SprintBooster) when doing city driving. After having the Wetterauer Remap (from 218ps to 265 ps and 500nm to 580nm) it was drinking around 10-11L/100km in the city. My 2007 525d Auto with the new LCI auto gearbox was MUCH better; it never made it to double digits, even in the city. Simple truth is that these pre-LCI 530d autos are not that fuel efficient around town, especially in stop and go. The LCI version is much better, well at least from my experience.
(Which is another reason why I got the V8, because I wasn't exactly saving much fuel in the diesel. The V8 drinks around 14-15L/100km in the city, which is not that that much more than the 530d)
