Hello All,

Does anyone know if front Left front spring strut, left and right are the same???
I need to change right one, and friend of mine has one, but his part# 31316768797 say's that it's left, however i heard that it fits both sides.

Thanks.

Sorry but they are quite different.

I spoke too soon. They look identical but have different part numbers.

Hi,

Correct, i have checked on-line on official site, that 31316768797 is left and 31316768798 is right. So by saying "look identical" they are the same? Can i surely install the part# which is saying LEFT on right side?

Thanks

I have a set out of the car as I installed Koni FSDs (very pleased with them BTW). I can't find a visual difference. SO not sure what to tell you.
