Is the USB connection underneath the central arm rest an option or do all LCI versions have this as standard?

Naah, just 256MB
It was a part of the salespack for the LCI release...

It would have been nice though if BMW could provide a "genuine BMW USB-stick" 1, 2 or 4 GB as a part of the 6FL option - (BMW people - if you read this, pls take in consideration )

... when looking closer I clearly see "256M" on the USB... Time to visit an optician

Exactly! BMW-guys; we want 1, 2 and 4GB's USB's with the BMW logo on!

Very nice car. I couple of questions:

Did you get the USB stick with the car? Did BMW supply the ipod cable with the car or do we have to buy this a separate thing?

Is it legal to drive with just the angel eyes during daytime in Sweden, or do we need to use the fog lights if we don't want to use the xenons?

First, thanks!
No, the USB stick was given to me by the dealer a while ago.

No, I didn't get any iPod cable...I will ask my dealer though.

Yes! The LCI angel eyes are approved as daytime running lights in Sweden according to the brochure and dealer!
The inner rings are a lot brighter than the outer ones...A good thing is that it switches automatically to xenons and back again when needed, entering a tunnel, at evenings and so on.

The cable needed to hook up an Apple iPod to the USB option is:
6FLA 61120422099
Cost: 580 SEK (~ 60 Euro)
