Added a spare wheel kit this week as well and decided to pull the carpet out, guess it save a bit of the weight you are adding! Have two puncture in 3 weeks, might need to upgrade those wheels sooner if it's run flats being more susceptible to punctures or is it just bad luck?

Two punctures in three weeks is bad-luck, unless you are driving through a construction site every day.
Even if you change to standard tyres, you still need the spare, so you haven't wasted your money. Personally, I always change my standard tyres on our other car after a puncture, I just never trust a repair, when I have my familly in the car at 90 on motorway.
For what it's worth I got two punctures after driving into a film studio twice last month, with all the set construction going on and stray nails and scews.

There is a TSB to relocate all of the Electronics from that location now. This is due to the large number of sunroof seal failures.I think BMW even made a relocation kit, with new under doughnut tire foam inserts.
The only electronics that are located anywhere under the load floor now after the change is the controller for the Bluetooth,radio,SOS, and that is located in a raised tray with a flange/lip all the way around it on the "upper" part of the rear load shelf directly behind the rear seats. Every thing else has now been put "elevated" up under the sides to keep water or liquids from reaching them, short of turning your car in to a U-boot or some form of insurance fraud practiced in south Florida
