Default E61 trunk wiring colors function

Hi.
Ive got problems with my radio and openíng the car by remote key. And a few other shitty things like trunklock. Anyway. i bought myself a new antenna reciever and that sort of got the radio going somewhat better. Then i got new cables from SenCom for both sides and started working.
Now the problem so far
Most of the cables where broken or near to. no problem, me fix =)
BUT there are 3 cables on the left side with a white/brown coloring (brown stripe). And on the right side there are two brown cables. All the others are unique colors. But since the same colored cables where cut from before i got in there i have no idea how to get them right. I do not know the function for them so i dont know how to rule shit out. The remote key still does not work and the radio seems to be stuck in the same memory. But i dont know if its related. Tried to check some electrical schematics on the net but the browsers wont play ball.

And a follow up Q. If it doesnt matter how these cables are arranged in relations to the remote key then WTF is the next step?? Then the cables are new, the Antennacardrecieverthing is new and ive checked the keys rechargeable batteries and they give the right voltage so they are fine.

Thanx

Wiring diagrams here: WDS BMW Wiring Diagram System - 5 E60 E61
(must use Firefox/IE, site uses outdated Java plugin)

Here is the wiring diagram for the diversity antenna, with wire colors indicated:

You should be able to identify the rest of the wires by color and thickness. You may have to lookup the wiring diagrams for the 3rd brake light and rear defogger (although these should be obvious as they are much heavier gauge then the rest of the wires).

Good luck!

My 2008 E61 3rd brake light is not working. About a year ago I changed all the wires running through the hinges at the top of rear hatch. Everything working except third brake light. Light is checked out ok, the noise supressor z13 also replaced to no avail.
Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the third brake light?
Does anyone have a step by step DYI guide to how I can drop the headliner in the rear to get better access to the wiring?

The BMW-Planet website which hosts the wiring diagrams at the link above seems to be down. I looked up the auxiliary brake light in my Bentley manual - there is a SW/GE (Black / Yellow stripe) 0.5mm wire running from the light module A3 under the dash all the way back to the noise supression module Z13, the signal is relayed through the noise supression module and feeds the auxiliary light module with another SW/GE 0.5mm wire. The light is grounded by a 0.5mm brown ground wire through the Z13 noise supression filter.
