E61 leaning to one side- thoughts?

E61 with rear air suspension leaning to one side when viewed from the rear. I did a search and couldn't find anyone discussing this problem. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

My Ride: 2007 E61 M5, 1989 Z1
Measure the distance vertically from the wheel lip at the point nearest the ground to the wheelarch, being careful to measure vertically through the centreline of the wheel. What's the difference side-to-side?
