I have been told I need to replace my front lower control arms- I also notice when I grab them and push/pull they have some play. What I'm wondering is- are there any aftermarket companies that make a quality replacement for a 2006 530xi wagon? The Dorman ones I can find look like they won't work on my car. Has anyone done their own, and how hard is it? I did find a DIY on an E60 on this forum... is it the same or close?
Thanks in advance, SebasSF

Here you go: FCPGroton

I am not 100% sure they fit the Xi model, but they have an toll free # you can call for an exact parts match, mine are already on their way

Yeah, we are looking at $420 for a set from FCP. They only have OEM for the XI.
