Was reading the latest Automobile Magazine review of the new F10 5 series, and according to a spokesman from BMW, they won't be bringing the wagon form of the 5 series to the U.S., preferring to sell the 5 Series GT instead.
here is the link: http://www.automobilemag.com/reviews...ies/index.html
This is interesting news for all us wagon fans here in the U.S. The vehicle certainly exists outside our shores, as demonstrated by the raft of spy photos:

Gonna be a real bummer if I can't get a new one in a couple of years but sure will raise the value of my current wagon in the used market. Hate to think that the option to a Bimmer wagon might have to be an Audi.

Not really new News.. Most have know this since the F10 and F07 were announced, so like since mid to late fall last year.
So far my dealer has the same 4 F07's sitting there they got when they first launched.
Way to go BMW NA, drive the price up, make an ugly car (f07), and do no advertising at all on the E61....no wonder it was averaging between 400-800 a year in sales in NA...
I've seen 4 new E61's and a lot of used E61 getting bought up now down here in the south
SO
A4/A6 avant
E class/C class wagon
Volvo v70 V40/50
Acura TSX wagon
Caddy CTS Wagon
Sabb 9-3 wagon
And the way underpowered way to small E91 328i

I most likely will get the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon which is expected to be released in June, and which is getting great reviews in Europe.
