I can only speak to the left rear drain (which on mine was clogged at the exit "valve" (really just a pinched point on the rubber tube exiting the fender). I found I could reach up around the muffler and other equipment in the area, and get my hands on the rubber tube (the end of which is pinched to form a "duck bill" that closes to keep anything from going UP the pipe). It was full of debris (which had turned to mud). I cleaned it up and managed to reattach it "blind" by feel. Afterwards, I could pour water into the outside channel beside my panoramic sunroof and it would almost immediately pour out (quickly) from the drain.

I used an air compressor and trimmer line. Stick the trimmer line all the way down it, pull it back out run water then blow the rest of debris out.
I removed my rear bumper. The drains are fully exposed. I ended up using trim line to fish it out some, but next time I'll buy a shifter cable to do this. I found I could only go so far with the trimmer line before it would be too weak to continue.
I also decided to cut off the tip of the hose where so water would flow better.
The front ones are behind the top hinge of the front doors. I found mine impossible to do anything with because there is no access there but maybe youll have better luck than me.
And don't forget the ones behind the front wheel wells. They drain water from the engine bay.
