My nephew gave me a set of 18" wheels from his E46 (offset 40 front, 50 rear) which sound like they should fit the Xi (Please chime in if you think they won't fit)
Current tires are 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear.
I'm looking for a picture to see how they look on the car.
