Did the E61 Have HIDs as standard on the diooed beam

My E61 has HIDs or LEDs in the dipped headlights.Were thay fitted as standard or Is this a mod someone has done?
I'm asking because Halfrauds couldn't and wouldn't replace the failed bulb
