Hi all
I want to change the chrome grill surrounds on my 530 msport to the same colour as the car (carbon blue i think),pls can anyone tell me the best/easiest way to do this.thanks.

Just remove your grill and drive to a local collision repair shop. Ask them to color match your car's color and then they will just spray your grilles in that color.

Don't spray paint your chrome grill because the paint will come off.
I'll tried it.

To make sure the paint doesn't come off, you have to spray it with a primer before you apply the paint.

I've also heard that a good way of doing it is to buy a set of matt-black grills and have those sprayed. It should last longer that way. For example contact "NeRwEEzy" at Trinity Motorsport, they have good prices (incl. to Europe) and a good rep.

to spray the paint on you will need to sand it down to take most of the chrome off and then put a coat of primer and then undercoat on for the paint to stick on.
If not dont this way the paint will peel off after a few weeks
