Can the seats on 535xiT be changed?

Hi!
New to the forum, my first post. I was wondering if I can change the stock seats (heated) on a 2008 535xi Wagon to the multi-contour seats. Has anybody done this? What was the cost? Where would be a good place to look for used m-c seats?

I would look from breaker yards in Sweden, Germany or the UK. If you are from Finland, there is almost 0 chance to find what you are looking for.

Live in good ol' USA down South. So I am looking for US model advice, obviously.By the way, Turku is my favorite Finnish town, used to study there back in the 80's....
