Found a good deal on a set of used 17" 5 spoke BMW OEM wheels part number 6762001. Do they fit on the E61?

 

I believe the complete p/n is 36116762001 (style 138). This p/n suggests the wheel is from a RWD E60, and the wheel's ET (offset) spec is 20 mm.

Assuming your North American E61 is fitted with xDrive, the wheel offset is 43 mm. If you use the wheels you found, the wheels and tires will stick out an extra 23 mm (everything else being equal).

The correct part number for the style 138 wheel with a 43 mm offset is 36116776777.
