Thanks. I have the same one from a plastic trim tool set I got many moons ago.

I'll let you all know how it turns out. I'd like to do the charge pipe with upgraded diverters next. But if I can't figure out a pop rivet there's no sense in that project!

You'll have a heck of a time taking off the diverter valve hose ... hehe especially the one buried up under the particular piece you can't get off :)

OCC is installed. Pop rivets no longer haunt me. Pretty straight forward deal.

I ended up having to zip tie the OCC to the V shaped strut brace. The supplied hardware was no where close to fitting the shape of the bracing. Also I hope the lack of clamps won't be an issue. Does anyone have an idea of what the pressure is moving through the OCC. I can't imagine a whole lot.

Cutting the back of the engine cover is a major help.

Anyone know the best place to source small fasteners for our cars. I noticed a few missing in my engine compartment during this process.

Thanks again.

The OCC clamp on top should just clamp on once you loosen the screws on top enough. I'd also at least zip tie the hoses onto the OCC or a small hose fastener. Those hoses will eventually come loose. Also what fasteners are you referring to.

The screws are too short to accommodate the diameter of the brace to which it is supposed to be clamped on. I will probably source longer screws to increase the diameter of the clamp.

I'm looking for engine cover bolts, pop rivets, and maybe one or two other small fasters. Probably $5 in parts. Shipping could be triple that!

I'm hoping the dealer will sell them to me.
