Default Bluetooth

Hello, I'm trying to pair my phone with my bmw but phone option is not available , I'm completely newbie and have no idea what's the issue
like I can only choose "settings" and "help" , "phone" option doesn't open at all (it's gray , while other ones are white) .

Car is 2005 bmw 535d universal (e61)

Also if I want to add navigation , it asks for CD , if I'm correct CD should be inserted on DVD right ? Like cd = for music , DVD = Navi ?

Thanks in advance if someone can help me

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled (or can be) in the Settings menu, then pair from your phone and a passkey request should appear.

For navigation, you need a nav map DVD.
