Have you noticed that on the E60 de back foglight is on as long as lights are turned-on. Look very cool!
I assume if one switches on back foglights it will became brighter.

Can this feature be enabled in the E61?

Not exactly sure what you're talking about but one thing's for sure, it is terribly annoying to drive behind someone that has their rear fog light(s) on when it's not foggy. In my opinion, it's the furthest thing from "cool."

And the Iceman mode too!

(I think he is referring to the fact that the same part of the rear light cluster is used for park/driving lights and fog lights. Whether through variable voltage or the old double filament bulb, I have no idea; nor do I know if it really is the case!!!)

Of course I was not suggesting to drive with fog lights on...
What I meant was that in the E60 the same round fog light is used for park/driving lights. Also sdon't know if is double filamente or lower voltage. The E60 was much more rear park/driving light than the E61. It looks nicer and improves security. Can we do it to ours E61?

According to realOEM, the park/driving light bulb is single filament in both E60 and E61, and it's 21W for both. Which means that it uses some form of voltage control / PWM system to reduce intensity for "normal" light. The size/shape of the reflector is what changes. So, I think the answer to your question is no. Sorry.
