Default Anyone near Jackson, WY?

I know it's a long shot but I'm interested in this car:
Cars for Sale: Used 2007 BMW 530xi Wagon for sale in Jackson, WY 83001: Wagon Details - 459923131 - Autotrader
and dealer can't seem to give me a straight answer whether or not previous owner used OE parts for M-Sport bumper conversion or some cheap aftermarket crap. Going by BMWVIN.COM, car did not come with M-Sport package from the factory.
With me being on an opposite coast, taking a closer look myself is problematic, to say the least. Figured I'd throw it out there just in case someone is local.
Thanks!

Because of the M steering wheel and the black window trim, it makes me think that this was factory installed M package. unless the previous owner went through a lot of effort to make a full conversion. Rear bumper is also M-sport bumper and seats are also sports. It looks to be legit M package...to me. Perhaps other can give their opinion based on my observations.

I don't think it's true M-Sport, as they have a different steering wheel, as seen here:

Shadowline trim and Sport seats were standard on a vanilla Sport package, so my bet is the previous owner installed the bodywork himself. I just wish I could find out if he used the OE parts or aftermarket crap, and the selling dealer is nearly useless.
