Are you talking about aftermarket or OEM?
Note that if you get OEM rear bumper your existing PDC sensors won't fit if you have LCI (2008-2010). You have to buy the older PDC sensors which are bigger.

My bad wrt aftermarket. (Should've read the title more clearly).
As for PDC, for many aftermarket bumpers, even if they say no PDC, you can always drill the holes and in fact if you have LCI, you can still reuse the PDCs if you drill smaller holes. Just make sure you sand down the surrounds and test the PDC as I had to spend some time fixing errors on the PDC on my front bumper when I used aftermarket. For my rear, I actually bought OEM and the older PDCs that fit with OEM.
Yes the wagon bumper is completely different from the sedan version and even though the diffuser look similar the bumper is very different. It's actually harder to come by E61 variant of rear bumper.

If your car already has PDC, you can just transfer them over assuming you drill the correct size holes.
Many of the aftermarket sellers just drill the holes AFTER you order.
