525d production problems?

I've order my 525d last July and instead of typical two months to delivery, I was finally given production week 46 
It means I will not get the car before mid December. BMW dealer told me that aparentlly the factory substancialy reduced (or even stoped) the production of 525d for a couple of months. Any one confirms this? Did anyone get hands on a 525d Touring, 2006 model?

Hi,
mine (ordered beginning August) will be dropped at the dealer tomorrow
(located near Heidelberg, Germany).
It comes 1 week late, but that was clear very early. I've never heard of a stop of production.
