I’m getting 2D1C code. Thrown into limp mode. I’ve replaced the accelerator pedal with exact same part number and the code is still there. I replaced accelerator pedal with new OEM from FCP and code is still there. I checked the plug it looks like new. I’ve attached some photos. Does anyone have experience with this issue. And what was the outcome?

It could be a dirty connection or an open / shorted wire too.

About the only thing to do at this point is to figure out where the source of the voltage that's missing is supposed to come from, and see if it's there or not. If it is, start tracing it through the wiring to the pedal. If it isn't, suspect that module (or whatever).

It’s a new accelerator pedal. From the wiring diagram it looks like the pedal goes directly to the DME not to a module.

So, check your wiring and connector.
