Hello.
I just received a Bmw 520dAT e61 m-sport 2010mod, and im looking to get some matte black 20" on it.
I have searched ebay for rims and I found a set that im about to buy:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-AV...item5adcd499e2

But in the auction it says:

Fits:

*
E60 525 530 535 540 545 550 M5 ( years 2004 - 2009 )
*
E63 645 650 M6 ( years 2004 and newer )
*
E90 E92 E93 M3 Coupe Sedan and Convertible ( years 2008 - 2010 )
*
Will not fit the all wheel drive XI model 5 series
*
Will not fit the 2010 model bmw 5 series

Will not fit the 2010 model bmw 5 series? But it fits the e60 04-09? shouldnt these wheels fit perfect on my e61 2010?

And I got some brand new Continental eco-sport 2 (giovanna edition) tires 245/30R20 front and 275/30R20 back on another set of wheels, will these fit the wheels in the auction?

Thanks

Robert

With the "2010 model" they probably mean the new F10 5series, not the E60/E61.

I don't know about the 2010 but while buying wheels for my 2007 E61 (530xiT) I found that the wagons (E61) had a much different offset than the E60. So an E60 wheel would definitely not fit an E61 for my model year at least. YMMV.

mantraguy: Your offsets are different because you have an AWD model, not because you have the wagon.

a friend of mine has the e61 touring aswell. He has 20´s with 8,5 ET13 front and 10 ET19 back. His wheels fit perfect.

Do you think the wheels in the auction will fit my car great, with my Continental tires?

Rims Size: 20 X 8.5" fronts & 20 X 10" rears

Bolt Pattern: 5 X 120

Offset: 20 mm front & 20 mm rear

Hub Bore: 72.5

Anyone? I need some sort of confirmation before I hit "buy it now"..hehe

Thanks again

They will fit .
You could put 5mm spacer in front, though.

Great.
You think Continental eco-sport 2 (giovanna edition) tires 245/30R20 front and 275/30R20 back will fit too?

Will I need longer bolts with 5mm spacers in front? And, will there be any vibrations with the spacers?

Thanks

You might get rubbing with the rear tyres. The right size would be 275/25 R20.
275/30 tyre would also be 18mm larger in overall diameter compared to the front 245/30 profile.

I suggest you would purchase 5mm longer bolts, yes. Good quality spacers don't cause vibrations. You should always use hubcentric spacers, but there are not hubcentric 5mm spacers available. This is because the original hub lip of the wheel hub will still stick through the thin 5mm spacer . I'm using 5mm spacers (Eibach) with my winter wheels and I have never had any issues with them.

I have 245/30 R20 ET15 in the front and 285/25 R20 ET17 (orig. ET22) in the rear. Front wheels are 8.5" wide and the rear ones are 9.5" Pics. on how they fit: https://5series.net/forums/topic/900...d/page__st__75

I also use 5mm. spacers in the rear, and haven't had any issues.
