I need spacers? and the size of spacers? Can you help me?

To fit these you will need spacers of around 30-35mm and I'd reckon on a 245x40x18 tyre size

All wheel drive, or just rear wheel drive? The ET's are different...

Assuming your 520d is rear wheel drive, the factory ET spec is 20mm, so you'll need spacers of ~27mm. You'll also need longer wheel bolts.

245/40R18 looks like a good tire size.

More information.

Some friends are against the use of Spacers. What do you think abou the use of that 30mm Spacers?? Any problems in the future? Maybe the best option are try to change to another wheels with correct ET. ?

Absolutely. Especially when you are fine with using 18" wheels, plenty of people sell 18's because they want to show off with a larger looking wheel. Therefor you can find 18" for very affordable cost.

Tire size, 245/40x18 is factory standard. The 235 will be too small. In fact you can easily use a slightly larger tire like 245/45x18, but smaller than factory spec would not be a good idea.
