I know the e60 is not typically a "heavy breather" as some might say, but I love the look no less. Would this set up fit a 535 xi?

once the E60 rear wagon M5 bumpers get figured out, we'll have a test car here that we can showcase it for you.

I could understand not believing a vendor if they've never tried it, but Umnitza has a 535xi wagon (E61) as a shop car. What exactly would be different on the exhaust of "i" vs "xi" anyway? All 535 models (i/xi/xi wagon) have the same exact factory part numbers for the OE exhaust.

Your best bet is to have it custom installed. Either buying cherry bombs or magnaflow center exhaust and having pipes run to the end with tips.
Many 535xi owners have gone the custom magnaflow center exhaust + x-pipe route, with the resonators deleted.
Member white535xi & sweetnlowe60 have gone this route and I as well.
