I just got to Taiwan and I'll be here for 10 days. Just wondering if anyone knows of some good places I can look for parts for my 545i that the US wouldn't have. Anyone?

Hi,

It depends on what you are looking for, but you can find lots of interesting gadgets (for your car or whatever) and toys in Taiwan's many night markets. Don't give up after visiting one night market, ask around for locations of others that might open only certain days of the week. Just make sure you don't get TOO full after sampling all the different selection of snacks and food at the night markets!

Also, depending on the location of these night markets, some of these same places will have a lot of little shops near by during the day that you can check out.

There are also a lot of auto supply stores that you can just ask a cabbie to take you to one near where you are staying...

Thanks m37allc1, fortunately i got a buddy there in Taiwan who mods cars and says he can find me the parts i need. I'm thinking of getting full kit and maybe some rims....just wondering how i'm gonna get them back here. Hopefully i'll get some good prices.
