I bought a 20mm H&R DRA set from here
I didn't fit them in the end because I am considering upgrading to 19" wheels. Actually, since you already have 275 sections at the rear i don't think you need any spacers Merv, also adding them may make your tyres rub the arches (w/o any rolling).

Reason why I fancied spacing the wheels is I saw a 330i with wide tyres at the back and they were sticking well out from the arches and really looked good. The position of the wheels also enhanced the width of the tyres. I am happy with the rear 275's but I think they would look meaner with a spacer. Only trouble now is what size spacer? I see on other similar topics people have suffered with the tyre catching the arch etc. and I don't want to get involved with rolling in case it invalidates the warranty etc.
Probably wont do it!

I wouldn't do it Merv, the 330 was probably running 255s at the rear with 10mm spacers, but that is nothing compared to the already wider track of an E60 especially with 275 rears in "M-Sport" guise! Not to mention the additional wear you may suffer on suspension components with the use of spacers.
IMO E60 M-Sports are one of the most menacing looking cars on our UK roads at the moment
I followed an E60 M-Sport with Style 172s the other day and it looked seriously mean from the rear - Style 172s (or Style 166s) give the perfect arch filling look for the E60, they look mean but are not 'ghetto'

With 275 rears the spacers are not needed.
Since I have 245's, I found the 40mm widening (20+20mm) H&R DRA-system for €138.
Haven't purchsed them yet, though.

This might help from what I did a while ago. Stock, 15mm and 20mm on the rear comparison. I have 20mm in the rear now and 10mm in the front. Looks nice, not ghetto. Infact the wheels are still not flush with the fender but I wouldnt go anymore. Some have complained that 20mm in the rear causes rubbing with a full load in the truck or with some "heavy" people in the back but not to my experience.. I wouldnt go anymore than 10mm front/20mm rear on the 545i with 245/275 front/rear tires.

I first tried 15mm spacers on the rear & have now switched to 10mm (with M172's)- which gives almost identical offset to my old M135rims + 15mm spacers.
I found this config to be perfect aesthetically & also physically not too much additional strain on components such as bolts.
I will post some updated pics this weekend.

Doesn't this also depend on the ET of the wheels,
For example Style 172s are ET:32 (rears) whereas Style 166 (M5 OEM) are ET:28 (rears)....both 9.5 by 19"
