Tips for exhaust stall coming up

So I went with RPI and when it comes I will hopefully do my own install. I have installed two other exhausts before, however RPI uses a pipe that goes much further back. Problem for me is I do not have access to a lift and the other two I literally slid myself under the car and could do it.
However I never had to cut my exhaust since that was done by the very first install which was a pro-
1.What tool do you use to cut your exhaust pipe
2.Rubber hangers-I had the hardest times both times getting the metal hanger out of the rubber hanger-mine are new and tight too and can someone show me a tool that works for this. I had to end up literally cutting one off to get the hanger out.
Obviously this is all much harder on your back laying under the car. But for 200 bucks Ill do my best.
Second-would this be safe to do with your car on jack stands in the rear or too much movement with exhaust going on and off?

Get plenty of blades....went through quite a few to cut my pipe off.

My Ride: A Car faster than yours.....
The stock 5 series exhausts are one piece so if you are installing an axleback, youll have to cut. Only the M5 full systems are direct bolt ons (for e60).

Then lift the exhaust so that the hanger is not tensioned and prise off with a screwdriver.It's always worked for me.
