Default Retrofitting electric steering column

My 06 525i came with manual adjustment steering column. I wanted to convert to electric and bought a used steering column with the electric motor attached and a switch button

I installed the new column with wiring per diagram and plug the switch to the existing clockspring.

However nothing moved when i started the car. I tried to add VO $245 into CAS via FA write but it said the VO was not correct.

Any ideas what i should do since i torn everytbing off the car and really dont wanna reinstall the old one back.

Thanks

Anyway is there any solution to bypass the electric steering lock? The electric column doesnt have one.
