Good question I'd like to know to for my 550i. Bc I see some exhaust tips that don't look big enough and that makes the car look crazy.

You'll be limited too a few options because of the battery location in the rear of the passenger side. Otherwise, people would install an M5 exhaust already. I haven't seen any true off the shelf system for this conversion.
1. Custom set up - find a good exhaust shop - do a search for quad install, myself and others have a thread up.
2. Umnitza quad muffler - (click here)
3. ebay quad set up, I think this might be similar to what Umnitza is selling (click here)
4. Muffler delete then out too some tips - least expensive and easiest route
The looks is easy to accomplish, it'll be the sound of the exhaust that's going to be challenge.

There's a few youtube video of this exhaust but on a 525, so the exhaust tone will vary depending on what model E60 you're installing it on.
Sounds too tame for me, if I was going to drop 1k+ I'll expect my car to roar a bit more.
