Yep. Just treat it like a sensitive communications line. Keep wires twisted and use only twisted pair network cable.

Thanks. Will tried it out.

The previous owner made some connection to the CAN wires behind the MASK for his video interface by tapping it and covering with electrical tape. I removed those connection but not the MASK is very unstable with intermittent pause which made me worried about the connection.

If he used some sort of clip that cuts though the jacket and clamps the wire it is possible the wire is mostly cut through.

If it was soldered and just tapped over not sure what could be up if you just snipped it off. Did you leave any hanging off the end or did you cut it off right at the joint?
