Possible to lead a wire from engine bay to interior?

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
I'm lookling too! Need to run escort radar system into car fromoutside sensors. Noquater had a escort DIY and it talks about this, but I was not sucessful and I'm affraid that I will puncture a wire!

I lead my wire to through the DME to reach the glove box. I have several pics of how to open up the DME, but I am at work so here is some quick info: https://www.rpmmotorsport.net/E60_Dm...Locations.html
If anyone needs a DIY on that let me know.
As for leading the wire, once the DME box is open look for the red square in this picture.
I used a wooden stick and taped my wire to make it easier to push through, which you can see in this picture.
It then ended up here
You will notice in the last picture I already have my glove box apart. I have pics on that as well in case anyone needs a DIY, but I followed several other DIYs on here for that.

To be honest I can't fully recall. It was a while back since I did this. From what I remember there is a rubber of some kind and I had to push the cable through. I don't think any other cables go through that opening, however there are tons of wires once you pass the rubber area of the opening and you just need to keep forcing your way pass those wires. If you're lucky you could get the wire aligned and you can push gently through, which I was fortunate enough to when I first did this.
