New front lip (e61 M-sport)
I've always wanted to do something with my front. I had the splitters for a while, but I didn't really feel for them, and the "usual" Hamann-style front lip is really not my taste.
So when I finally stumbled upon this, I bought it right away:
The plan was to paint it the same color as the car, but after mounting it I really like that it matches the grille, the shadow line and the black part on the M5-mirrors.

mind sharing where you stumbled across this? I need a replacement for my H-style lip that was defective and failed. what kind of material is it made out of, and how rigid is it? my H-style lip was made of soft, flexible plastic and ended up warping. i agree that is a much better looking lip than the usual H-style, wish I had come across it sooner.

I bought it here. Not sure if they're shipping to the US though.
It's not the most rigid unfortunately, so you have to be a bit careful on speed bumps and curbs. It's made of some kind of plastic material, and it's quite stiff, so it brakes rather than bend.

is fit and finish as good in person as it looks in your pictures?

The finish is quite good, but I paid extra to get it delivered in gloss black. Fitment was good enough. It didn't line up to the wheel arch if I placed where I wanted in the front, so I lined it up to the arch, and pulled it forward a bit before I mounted it.

It looks like Black Forest Tuning here in the US is a distributor for Maxton Design. Thanks for posting this, you may have solved my lip problem.
