Default Miro M6 Wheels

So I went and picked up my New Hankook Ventus Rear tires, and wanted to have them mounted to my M6 wheels, and the guy at the shop showed me 2 cracks in one wheel, and 1 crack in the other. He said he could fix the wheel with 1 crack but didn't feel comfortable doing the one with multiple cracks. He said it would crack again. So I'm left trying to find a replacement rep M6 wheel!

Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me last week. One rear tire was losing air and they found 2 cracks on the wheel. Repaired it and it's all good now.

For what they are charging to repair two wheels.. I don't know if I can justify it. But I don't have the $$ for new rims!! I'm stuck..riding on my winter wheels.

They were charging me that for the wheel with only 1 crack. He said it would be around $200 for the one with multiple cracks.

Did you your guy say anything about it re-cracking? My guy said because of the multiple cracks.. that it WILL crack again. And I don't drive that crazy. I'm probably going to have him do the repair and cross my fingers. Thanks for the feedback.

My guy didn't say anything about re-cracking. I guess it depends on how big the crack was? I saw one of my cracks was about 1.5" at the side of the wheel.
