I inquired about a trade in v3 for v4. they said I'd to sell my v3 and buy v4. They can shove it. I went with this brand because I saw they offered upgrade from v2 to v3 for like $60. was I mistaken? I

wasn't around for the v2 to v3 transition so can't tell you, but have also read they are not offerening any trade in programs...I honestly don't see the worth in upgrading from v3 to v4, changes seem minimal at best as i don't see myself wanting to change the color that often, i'd rather spend the money and getting matching xenon bulbs to the current v3 color/temp...

LUX said v4 is brighter, but yeah, v3 is good enough and reliable performer.

while I don't they are "brighter", my thought process is that it's not enough for me to upgrade outright nor are lux 4's equal to led rings or oem led ae's...

and even is it is x amount of lumens brighter, who can really tell the difference in direct sunlight. I might see a set of lux v4's in person and change my tune tho
