Thanks to anyone who talked me out of this valance or the acs lip and directed me towards the m5tech bumper from Umtiza.

When I told the shop I had a non bmw made bumper they started crapping on it while it was still in the box. "All those Asian made replicas never fit right."

I asked today if they had any issues with install or alignment. They said it was very easy and were impressed with the quality. "No modifications and it had a lot more flex than what we see in copies. " I told him I did my research and bought it from one of the top two most trusted dealers for this item. They said they wished everyone did that instead of just buying the cheapest option.

Anyhow, it looks great. Don't think my mother in law would recognize her old car.

one more pic with plates on. I had to use 3m tape and zip ties. The mesh doesn't line up with the oem mount so it is rigged up but you can't tell.
