Default Lifting the front of a M-sport kitted car

So, I know pretty much everyone here would be going the opposite direction, but our driveway sucks balls, and the front bar *just* stops me from putting the car in the garage... I reckon an extra 10mm would probably do it, and I've been looking into putting longer studs into a set of upper strut mounts slotting a 10mm spacer in on top of the strut... but when I was checking out local pricing for the upper strut mounts, the guy in the dealer emailed me this pic:
Part number 3 is interesting, as it appears to be an oem spacer. Pic is for an E90 316d LCI.
The guy at the dealer is a douche and won't talk to me about what the part number might be, and won't order parts without a chassis number... Anyone know what the part number is, and where i might find one?

Poked around on real OEM - so it's a piece from the "Poor Road Package" for eastern europe.
Might continue down my path of a new set of strut tops, longer studs and some spacers, although I've encountered discussions suggesting that there's differing heights of strut tops - Real OEM only list 31336760943 for the E60/E61, but I believe 31306775098 is actually shorter and is part of the m-sport kit?
Anyone?

They're a softer spring rate aren't they?
