How to route new speaker wires into front doors?
I have searched high and low but can't find out how to route new wires into the door cards from the centre of the dash.
I am doing a full replacement of the stock sound system with a new head unit, amp and speakers.
Alternatively, I could use the existing speaker wires in the door, but where can I splice into them directly? I assume the wires from the head unit are routed to an amp somewhere before they go to the speakers?
I need a way of splicing into the wire directly to the speaker, or a method of getting a new wire into the door card from the centre of the dash?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Few details on two options here of routing the wires:
Option A - If you'd like to use the existing wires that you already have then you may find the wires in the loom that go to the following pins in this door connector.
Option B - In case if you run the new set of wires, you can just run them through the hole (where green arrow points to). Then can solder the speaker connector and do the rest.
Attaching the pictures that would be more helpful for Option A. The harness I am showing here is the harness from BMW M5 E60 (front door). Pin wise location on this type of connector for speaker wires - I think it should be the same location on all E60 E61 vehicles. You may just do a test before putting all back .
BMW M5 E60 front door harness - back side of wire harness connector
On the following pictures I show which one of them is a positive speaker wire and which one is negative and how to identify them on stock speaker connector (in case if you use the same and want to be sure that you connect the new speaker properly).
Green/Black - positive
Positive is the one that is on left hand side in case if stock speaker connector is used
It shows which one is the positive and which is negative
