Headlight setting help!!! *READ*
Does anyone know how to keep JUST your angel eyes on ALL THE TIME, but go off when the car is off. If you could give me a detailed guide on how to do it, that would be awesome!

What year is your car? LM?
If LM1 hard wired from the lighter to the LM if LM2 code it for DLR

I'll assume your car is pre-LCI (2004-2007) because on LCI cars (2008+) the angel eyes are on all the time by default (Daytime Running Lights). madein has given you the options. You can either modify your car's wiring to power the angel eyes, or upgrade your Light Module (LM) to LM2 like the LCI cars and code the angel eyes on all the time using NCS Expert software.
Personally I think re-wiring your car is a bit of a hack; the elegant way to do it is via the LM2, and this will also give you other options like welcome lights. On my car, for example, I coded angel eyes and tail lights on all the time.
See the www.bmwcoding.com forum for more details on coding. There's even a nice DYI on how to install and code an LM2.

Or you can do what i did for our pre lci's, i bought the umnitza v4 angle eyes and wired them into a drl harness so the angle eyes will come on when the engine starts and off when the engine is off. I also got the harness with extra options like dimming them when you turn your headlights, turning signal and time delay of about 10 sec when you switch the engine off which i thought it was pretty cool as you can claim its a welcome home lights
