Just the springs, not the sport suspension shocks?

Yes, just the springs. I spoke with a BMW Tech and he said the non-port shocks will work fine.

just recently did this, dont expect much, not to burst your bubble, but its been a week and the only difference I see is in driveability, it handles a little better/more stable....but, 1 week later, and im gonna be putting on aftermarket springs...just sayin...and you're gonna want new shocks after the install, you really start to feel how inappropriate those shocks are for any kind of lower spring.

Just got the car back. I love the look. I am going to measure it right now to see exactly how much it lowered it. The drive is also excellent!!! I am very happy with the results. I will post pics in a few. Thanks to Wheels Boutique in Miami for the install. The did an awesome job!

I too did this about 6 weeks ago (with Koni's all around) and there really was no discernible drop, but it handles SO much better!!

Its funny...After the measurements you are right it didn't lower it that much. Just abut .5" on average. Maybe they will settle a bit. I don't know. It does look lower thats a fact. I wasn't going for the slammed look so I still think it looks great. Stay tuned for the pics.
