I am looking to replace most of the bushings in the front & rear suspension on my car. The front end looks especially expensive from the US-based parts resellers that I traditionally order from, even looking at off-brand components.

There are several suspension kits from European-based sellers (UK, Poland & Germany) that are significantly cheaper despite the heft international shipping fees.

Does anyone know if the suspension parts are interchangeable between EUR and US spec wagons? I am worried there might be a possible compatibility issue with left vs right-side steering.
